During this webinar we will be demonstrating the new Java-based Abydos Designer 8.0 product for processing modelling.
Using a process modelling front-end to BMC Remedy applications provides several important benefits:
a) Use the Abydos Designer process modelling environment to replace the need for template creation and administration and cut down on customisations.
b) Using Abydos Designer facilitates the capture of service-specific data capture as part of the process definition which can then be presented to the end-users through a user-friendly wizard. This avoids the need for complex customisation of your application.
c) Using Abydos Designer allows you to keep your ITSM applications out-of-the-box while facilitating the deployment of multiple processes specific to your service management requirements. without the need for custom development.
We will also be showing how the Abydos Request Tracker product can be used to graphically track the progress of requests from the BMC Remedy User Tool.
