Abydos Designer 7.2 Released

Abydos are pleased to announce the release of Abydos Designer 7.2.
This new release further increases the cost-savings that organisations can generate by separating the process logic from their core applications and using a best-practice, process-driven approach to application deployment and maitenance without making time-consuming customisations at code-level.
Some of the new product features and benefits include:
GUI Enhancements: Version 7.2 includes the option to add multiple callouts and box shapes to process diagrams. These help to illustrate the process diagrams for business analysts, management and auditors. They are often used in process workshops during the design stage of projects to add clarity to processes without impacting on the process flow.
Web-based Request Tracking Process View: The Request Tracking module available with Abydos Designer has now been enhanced to allow Remedy users to view the entire end-end process over the web without the need for Visio or Abydos client software. Previously this was only available as a view of the progress of an existing request.
Dynamic Task Form Configuration: The interface between Abydos Designer and Remedy has been enhanced in this release to allow the administrator to define any Remedy form as the target for population of process step data. (Previously, this was limited to the Task Forms provided with BMC ITSM and ITSP applications or the Abydos task form).
